Accommodation

IAMS 2018 is all set to cater accommodation requirements of guests coming from 32 countries. The organizers have a lined up number of options to offer pleasant and comfortable stay during IAMS 2018 ranging from absoltely free accommodation to 3 star Hotels. 

FREE ACCOMMODATION

Free Accommodation for 50000 people is being installed at the IAMS Venue itself. Hundreds of Arya Samaj Temples, Schools and Dormitories have also been booked for the guests coming with their own or chartered vehicle.

Free accommodation will be allotted at the IAMS venue. People willing to avail this facility shall contact Awas Counter situated nearby Registration Counters. No Advance Booking is required for free accommodation.

Note : There will be light cold weather during end October. Guests opting for Free Accommodation shall bring cotton bedsheet alongwith them.

People coming in groups shall send their group details to us through email at aryasabha@yahoo.com

(People arriving together through same transport at same time constitute as a Group. A group leader shall be appointed for each group)

PAID ACCOMMODATION

The organizers have made special arrangements for the guests willing to pay charges to avail premium accommodation during IAMS 2018.

Around 2000 rooms across have been prebooked by the organizers to accommodate such guests. 

Option A : Standard Hotel AC Room
Such Rooms are situated in Karol Bagh Area well connected with IAMS venue through Delhi Metro.
Charges : Rs. 1500 per day (Rs. 6000 for 4 days) for 2 people.
Additional Bed : Rs. 300 per day (Rs. 1200 for 4 days)

Option B : 2 Star OYO AC Room
Such Rooms are situated in vicinity of the IAMS venue (within 2 KMs).
Charges : Rs. 2500 per day (Rs. 10000 for 4 days) for 2 people.
Additional Bed : Rs. 500 per day (Rs. 2000 for 4 days)

Option C : 3 Star Hotel AC Room (with Breakfast)
Such Rooms are situated in vicinity of the IAMS venue (within 4 KMs).
Charges : Rs. 3500 per day (Rs. 14000 for 4 days) for 2 people.
Additional Bed : Rs. 800 per day (Rs. 3200 for 4 days)
